Returns Policy

Linen Swan specializes in made-to-order clothing, with a focus on sustainability to minimize the waste of resources. We really hope you like your order.

 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days after receiving your order.

 

IMPORTANT:

Before returning, you must contact us by email sale@linenswan.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please include your full name and the order number shown on the order.

We are here to help you and will guide you through the process.

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and postage costs.

We also charge a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. We will deduct this 10% fee from the refund amount.

 

Please note that returns without prior email confirmation may not be processed.

Please keep this in mind:

  • Shipping costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Uncollected items: will not be refunded.

 If delivery cannot be made to a customer because the customer is not present at the address or the customer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the cost of returning the goods to us.

  • Customized items: cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Sale or clearance items: Clothing marked as "clearance" or "sale" means that it is being sold at a reduced price and cannot be returned.
  • Worn or washed items: We do not accept returns of clothing that has been worn, washed, altered in any way or damaged.

 

Refunds will be issued within 5 days after we have received and inspected your return.
